Job description:

• A Domain Expert works to identify and implement technology or process solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on both understanding the business requirements and configuring or designing technical solutions to meet those needs. A Way4 Subject Matter Expert essential for ensuring that the solutions designed and implemented not only solve current business challenges but also remain scalable and adaptable to future needs.

Job Requirements:

• The skill set required is moderately niche, with strong demand for experts in payment processing and credit card/billing solutions, particularly those proficient in specialised systems like Way4.

• Given the high demand for expertise in payment systems and credit card processing.

• We should consider candidates who are skilled in similar systems but can quickly adapt to Way4 to widen the candidate pool effectively.

Must haves:

• Strong technical aptitude paired with experience working in the payments industry.

• Experience with, or the proven ability to quickly learn payment platforms. Within Way4 as it will be the core system for operations in this role.

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Solid experience in collaborating across product and engineering teams, with a track record of supporting end-to-end product development processes.

• Exceptional communication skills for effectively liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
