As a Senior Software Engineer at Enfuce, you will be at the forefront of architecting and developing mission-critical APIs and systems that not only empower our customers to scale but also shape the foundation of our next-generation cloud-native modular API. What will you be doing?
You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in fintech —seasoned software engineers and domain experts with deep knowledge of the Mastercard and Visa ecosystems, alongside forward-thinking product managers focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
Ideal candidates will have:
You're highly proficient in building robust, scalable Java services.
You have hands-on experience designing, building, and running applications in AWS.
You have built high-performance applications using Spring framework.
SQL experience (ideally with Oracle, Aurora or Postgres databases)
Growth mindset, curious to learn about card issuing and the payments industry, and you thrive on pushing your technical limits.
Excellent communication in English and great collaboration skills
You're ready to coach and mentor other engineers, offering constructive feedback in code reviews to elevate the entire team.
Bonus points if you have:
Payments industry experience.
Familiarity with OpenAPI documentation standards.
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) using jUnit.
Experience building AWS cloud infrastructure with AWS CDK.

How we’re going to evaluate your application
We will put emphasis on your previous work experience, your ability to communicate, code and design effectively, through 3 short interviews with some Enfuce engineers, and several opportunities to ask questions and learn about Enfuce along the way.
A background check for employment is conducted for this role.
